Q) Do you have a magic shop / gallery?
A) No. Illusion Dreamz is currently doing online business. However, we are planning to open a shop in the future.

Q) What should I do to order any of your item(s)?
A) You need to register on our website database. Please make sure that you provide us with accurate information, especially your email address to ensure that you receive email confirmation from us.

Q) How do I pay you? What method of payment you accept? Can I pay cash money?
A) No cash money accepted. Illusion Dreamz only accept 2 types method of payment, either by:

Credit Card via Paypal. It is safe and secure as we are Paypal verified users. For those who doesn't have Paypal account can register HERE.
ATM fund transfer / Direct Bank In / CIMBClicks / Maybank2u. Our Account Detail will be given after you confirm your order.

Q) What should I do after Im done with the ordering?
A) After this step, you can directly pay us with a Full Payment or 80% deposit of the total amount. If you are using ATM fund transfer / CIMBClicks / Maybank2u, please email to us a copy of the payment receipt.

Q) How should I know whether my order has been processed or not?
A) You can either email us to reconfirm your order or wait for our confirmation notice. Please include your order number when you submit your email.

Notes: we will only process your order after we receive a Full Payment or 80% Deposit.

Q) How long would it take to process the order?
A) It takes 1 - 2 weeks time to process the order.
